For your convenience, you can fill out health forms ahead of time and bring them to your visit.
At Your Visit
When you come to our office, we take the time to get to know you. Dr. Havertape will start by talking with you about your concerns and reviewing your health forms. He will do a thorough examination, which may include X-rays of your back and/or neck to aid in a diagnosis.
Once these initial steps are concluded, he will offer a recommended course of treatment, tied to your specific health issues and needs. Treatment may consist of chiropractic adjustments, therapies and rehabilitation. We offer a range of services and advanced technology to restore your alignment, reduce your pain and get you back to health.
After Your Visit
Based on your needs, we will create a specialized treatment plan of follow-up appointments. If you would benefit from other services we can refer you to trusted specialists.
